Banijay, the French production company specializing in TV programmes, has taken a minority stake in the capital of a new Italian production house, DRY.

The Catalan director Carla Simón, a graduate of the London Film School, is filming her first feature film, “Verano 1993” (Summer 1993).
Shooting began on July 4th at Girona in Catalonia, and will take six weeks.
