In August MBC3 was in El Jadida (Morocco), filming the ninth season of “Eish Safari”, its hit TV-reality show for children across the Arab World.
12 children from 10 different countries are participating in a programme which aims to “develop the spirit of challenge, adventure, independence and positive competition,show the sports skills and talents of the different competitors, strengthen opportunities for dialogue and cultural exchange between young people,” but also “highlight the richness of cultures and wealth of attractions in the selected region.”
The cities of Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Marrakesh, Safi, Essaouira, Meknes and Agadir have also been visited during filming.
The first of 20 episodes was broadcast on September 13th.
