Turkish production company D Media has teamed up with Hollywood producer and distributor Eagle Films Middle East to make a Turkish adaption of the hit Arabic series Till Death. The adaptation will launch on Turkey’s Kanal D channel in the first quarter of 2024.
Till Death is a Lebanese drama series about marriage and adultery which has grabbed audiences since it began in 2021. Broadcast on Shahid and Netflix, the third season aired this year during Ramadan.
The agreement between D Media and Eagle Films was signed in October during MIPCOM, the International Market of Communications Programmes, in Cannes. At the signing, Jamal Sannan, CEO of Eagle Films Middle East, said: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Kanal D on our Till Death series, as well as other projects in the near future. We look forward to a very successful Turkish adaptation.”
