As part of its 60th anniversary, the Hammamet International Festival is presenting a short film competition on the theme: “Behind the scenes of the Hammamet International Festival, like a human story.”
Organized by Hammamet’s International Cultural Centre and the Centre national du cinema et de l’image, the competition offers the winners training workshops for designing and producing 2 to 5 minute short films with smartphones.
The call for projects closed on June 15th. A team of professionals will select the 10 best projects. As they create their projects, participants will be supported by writing and filming workshops.
The short films will then be screened during the festival which will be held from August 5th to 12th. Only three of them will be awarded an Audience Award.
