In the 80s, he worked for Syrian television, directing dramas and documentaries such as “Al-Manam” (The Dream) in 1987, about Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. His most famous films were screened, including his second feature “Al-lail”, winner of the Golden Tanit at the 1992 Carthage Film Days.
