ARAB WORLD / Final days to register for the Greenhouse programme

Les participants de la précédent édition du programme Greenhouse

There is now less than a month to respond to the candidate call for the 2016/2017 Greenhouse programme, organized by the Greenhouse Film Centre.
The Greenhouse programme is for young film-makers from Middle Eastern and North African countries who wish to develop a documentary film project. Since its creation 10 years ago it has become an essential meeting point for film-makers from the Arab world, helping to create a community of film-makers engaged in dialogue and reconciliation between the region’s different cultures.
All young film-makers from Afghanistan, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, UAE, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey are invited to participate and submit their documentary projects, whatever the stage of production.
The chosen candidates will take part in a series of workshops and seminars supervised by professionals and will benefit from privileged access to major international funding for documentaries. All costs related to the programme (travel, accommodation, meals) are covered by the Greenhouse Film Centre.
