The television series Bnat Al Hadide, directed by Alaa Akaaboune and produced by Connexion Média, will be broadcast on 2M during the month of Ramadan.
Written by Fatine El Youssfi, the series is about the daughter of a powerful scrap-metal merchant, Fatima, played by Fatima Zahra Bennacer. She does everything she can to be integrated into this male-dominated world.
Interviewed by Le 360, Alaa Akaaboune voiced his hopes: “it’s a project very close to my heart, a series which, I hope, will match or even surpass our previous successes.” His earlier series L’maktoub, broadcast during Ramadan in 2023, was a huge success with nearly 10 million viewers.
