The Centre Cinématographique Marocain (CCM) has announced its participation in the Annecy International Animation Film Market (MIFA), which will take place from June 23rd to 26th.
Having launched a project call for Moroccan films wanting to be shown at the festival, the CCM chose five titles: two shorts (Ilias Khlifat’s Fati la poule and Lamisse Khairat’s Señor Braga); two feature films (Samia Zerrou’s Loucham and Ghita Amrati’s Ziryab, Strings of Time) and a series (Mini Maestro by Yassine Lahrichi).
In total, the CCM received 25 applications and the selection was made by a jury of industry professionals.
The project leaders will have the opportunity of meeting international producers and distributors during a pitch session organised as part of MIFA.
