Roya Media Group

This summer the Jordanian Roya Media Group announced the launch of its streaming services in Iraq, in a partnership with that country’s leading streaming platform, Almanasa.

They hope that together they can provide an enriched experience for Iraqi audiences, combining the strengths of both platforms to offer a diverse and extensive library of entertainment options. Almanasa subscribers will now have full access to Roya Media Group’s 19 channels.

Asked about the partnership, Roya Media Group’s Chairman and CEO said: “The collaboration with Almansa represents an important milestone for the Roya Media Group, extending its reach into the dynamic Iraqi market. This strategic partnership demonstrates our commitment to providing an enriching and immersive television experience to Iraqi viewers and is perfectly in line with our expansion strategy.”

The service was due to begin in June 2024.
