The Turkish series, Kara (initially called Arak), produced by Most Production, is preparing to hit international screens following the acquisition of its distribution rights by Eccho Rights. The series has been broadcast in Turkey on Show TV since December 21st.
Starring actors İlker Kaleli and Öykü Karayel, the story is about a young thief from Istanbul’s slums – Kara. Driven by a thirst for truth and revenge, Kara infiltrates the life of Zeynep, whose family he once targeted.
