SPAIN / Soon a Spanish version of Non Stop People

non_stop_peopleNon Stop People, a 24-hour channel for news about celebrities, broadcast in France exclusively on the CanalSat bouquet since November 2012, is preparing to launch in Spain on June 1st. Non Stop People in Spain will be a news channel 7 days a week, 24 hours a day showcasing contemporary international and Spanish stars. It will be broadcast on Movistar TV, Telefonica‘s television platform. All the content will be produced by the channel. The studios will be based in Madrid, with around sixty people employed there, including an editorial team of thirty journalists, led by Antonio San José, former news director of CNN +, Canal + and Spanish national radio. The journalists and presenters will be mostly young graduates. The channel will be chaired by José Manuel Lorenzo, chairman of Banijay Spain and former managing director of the Canal + group in Spain.
