At the end of March Casa Africa, the Festival de Cinéma Africain de Tarifa (FCAT) and the University of Seville created the # YOMEQUEDOENCASA campaign to encourage people to stay at home during confinement. 40 African films were made available and could be downloaded free. All you needed to view the films was send an email.
Although the initiative was supposed to stop after 200 downloads, more than 400 were completed in two days. You can still view the films, but for a small fee (€3). You just have to go to the channel created by Al Tarab and the University of Seville, Canal de Cine Africano.
The list of all the films available can be found here.
