TURKEY / Acquisition of Digiturk by the beIN Media Group

On July 13th the beIN Media Group, a subsidiary of Al Jazeera, bought the pay-TV platform Digiturk, until now 53% owned by Cukurova Holding and 47% by Providence Equity Partners.
