Al Aoula, a channel belonging to the SNRT group, has announced its programme schedule for the 2025-2026 season.
Every Friday evening at 9:30pm viewers will be able to watch a feature film. Among the scheduled titles are Jihane El Bahhar’s Triple A, Jilali Ferhati’s Ultime Révolte and Yasmine Benkiran’s Reines.
Haut et Fort by Nabil Ayouch is also scheduled. Released in 2021, this film by the Franco-Moroccan director is about young people in Casablanca using hip-hop to break free of the weight of tradition, pursue their dreams and express themselves.
The channel is also highlighting its new series Caftan Khadija, directed by Lamisse Khairat. Produced by Image Factory, it follows the journey of a young woman from a wealthy family, Leila, whose life is turned upside down by her father’s bankruptcy. Forced to reinvent herself, she uses money left to her by her grandmother to start making Moroccan caftans.
