As from October 25th there is a new documentary series – “Figures Historiques”, written by Nadia Kamali and directed by Leyla Triqui – in 2M’s Sunday evening documentary slot “Des Histoires et des Hommes”.
In 10 episodes it offers viewers a journey back in time to meet the women who have marked Morocco’s political and cultural history. Each episode shows a portrait of one of these women. The first was about Queen Cleopatra Selene, wife of Juba II and Queen of Mauretania.
The series is a co-production between 2M and Ali’N Productions.
