In a recent press release the Roya Media Group announced the launch of a 24-hour live news channel.
Currently in an experimental phase, the channel is part of the Group’s strategy of consolidating its regional and global position in the media networks while at the same time diversifying and developing the programmes it offers viewers.
The new channel will broadcast real-time reports from every region of the country and the rest of the world. This live news-gathering will be done by the Group’s own reporters and correspondents with additional content produced by international press agencies. One of the channel’s key features will bea daily offering of Palestinian news.
The channel has also created new programmes and magazines, including a major evening news broadcast, Akhbar Al-Sabe’a, and a political magazine Nabd Al-Balad, where experts put the news in context.
As from August 13th this news channel has been available on the web-site and the phone app Roya TV.
