The TivùSat satellite broadcasting platform (DTH) is adding the Cine Sonny cinema channel to its offering. Cine Sonny is operated by Sony Pictures Television Networks (SPTN), showing mainstream films but also documentaries on the history of cinema. It will be the second SPTN channel on TivùSat.
TivùSat transmits more than a hundred channels, 38 in HD, three in 4k including Rai, plus fifty or so radio channels and an on-demand service for the country’s major broadcasters. TivùSat will soon expand its offer further with Top Calcio 24HD, a channel for Italian football.
