ISRAEL / i24News begins its new schedule

Since January 10th the news channel i24News, broadcasting from Israel in French, English and Arabic, has a new programme schedule, conceived and put in place by journalist Paul Amar, who since since September last year has been the channel’s Head of News.

He also presents one of i24news’ new magazines, “Paris / Jaffa every Sunday to Thursday at 7pm (French time), in which he analyses world news from the Middle Eastern perspective.

 

Israël / i24News installe sa nouvelle grille Working closely together, the French, English and Arab editors now offer four bulletins a day, with the majority of the material live: between 7am and 9am, between 11am and 1pm, from 2pm to 3pm and between 8pm and 9pm. There is also a separate magazine programme every evening in prime time (reportage, sport, economy, culture).

i24News therefore now offers twelve hours of live programmes a day. According to its CEO Frank Melloul, the reorganized schedule is a new “step in the channel’s development and professionalization”. i24New is financed by Patrick Drahi, owner of the Altice Group.
