GREECE The Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation will finance the radio and television sector for almost one million euros

The Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT) has announced it will finance 14 Greek and international co-productions, using a budget of  €940,000 earmarked for the country’s television and radio industry.
5 feature films, 6 international co-productions and 3 documentaries will share this grant.

Six international co-productions, each with a Greek producer, are being funded by ERT from a total €295,000:
– 
El Nieto” (The Grandson) by Catalan director Nely Reguera
– 
Balkaya” by Turkish film-maker Emin Alper
– 
Caterpillar, Nymph, Butterfly”, the latest feature from Cypriot director Kyros Papavassiliou
– 
Tiger”by Romanian Andrei Tanase
– 
A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On”by the Albanian writer-director Gentian Koçi
– 
Kristos The Last Child”, a first feature by Italian documentary film-maker Giulia Amati.
Five Greek dramas will benefit from a total of €510,000:
– 
Patty Is Such a Girly Name” by Giorgos Georgopoulos, produced by the Greek company Faliro House Productions
– 
Ekseliksi”by Periklis Hoursoglou.
– 
Mikro Chroniko Trelas”by Thelgia Petraki
– 
Life In A Beat”by Amerissa Basta
–
