According to a Médiamétrie survey, France 3 Corse Via Stella, with several new programmes, did well in the September ratings.
The larger audience is particularly marked between 12.00 noon and 1.00pm and from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Indeed, the midday news, Corsica Prima and the cooking programme Manghjià insieme each got 5 points more than in 2015. As for the channel’s new entertainment show, Sapientoni, its audience grew by 3.3 %. And the evening news, Corsica Sera, is up 5%.
After only three months on air the 8.00 to 8.30pm programme Pendant le 20h is also getting good ratings, with a 2 point increase.
The regional channel also registered high activity on the social networks, particularly on Facebook, with 172,000 subscribed followers in January 2017, almost four times more than in August 2016.
