The two partners have launched an application call for a pitching session. Registration has been open since April 24th and is for all authors and directors with a documentary project.
Indeed, this pitching session encourages documentary projects of all types, with no restrictions on subject-matter, narrative form or media. The aim is to discover new ideas and new talents.
Production and development teams from GEDEON Programmes will select twelve projects. These will be “pitched” by their creators on June 27th 2017. Each presentation must last between 10 and 20 minutes. Authors and directors have until May 21st to register at: www.gedeonprogrammes.com. E-mails will be sent to the projects selected, giving the timetable and venue for the pitching sessions. Those whose projects are chosen can be assisted by GEDEON Programmes.
The sessions also encourage ideas for new formats. The most creative will be offered to La Fabrique des formats, which will participate in the selection. Successful projects will receive finance to develop a pilot.
