Participation is open to all international public and private radio stations as well as associations and institutions working in audiovisual. No radio station can submit more than two programmes. With a maximum length of 52 minutes, the programmes must have been made after June 1st 2021.

Five awards will be given: the Grand Prix, which comes with $500, the silver medal, the bronze medal, the Jacques Matthey-Doret Discovery Award (for a programme noticeable for its quality or individuality in a particular area: originality, concept, subject-matter, interactivity, production, technique, sound environment, etc.) and finally the Digital Works Award for work distributed on the Internet.
