On June 9th and 10th the El Gouna Film Festival joined forces with Orsacom Development’s new town on the outskirts of Cairo, O West, to organise CINEGOUNA x O WEST.
The event created a dynamic hub for workshops, masterclasses, round tables and networking opportunities in this newly developed residential suburb. The aim was to support and strengthen Egyptian and Arab film-makers while also encouraging artistic and financial growth.
El Gouna Film Festival’s Executive Director, Amr Mansi, said: “CineGouna x O West represents an exciting new chapter in our mission to support the region’s film-makers. By bringing together established stars and emerging talent, we create a unique space for creativity and collaboration.”
