Turkish production company Inter Medya has signed licensing agreements in Bulgaria for three series: The Trusted, Deception and Bitter Lands.
Directed by Murat Saraçoğlu, Deception digs into the seemingly perfect family life of Güzide, a family court judge in Istanbul. But then she discovers her husband and her children are all lying to her. The series was a huge success when it was broadcast in Italy recently.
The Trusted and Bitter Lands have also enjoyed large audiences in the countries where they air. Bitter Lands has been shown in over 130 countries, making it the most distributed Turkish series in the world.
Founded in 1992, Inter Medya has established itself as one of Turkey’s most important content distributors. Specializing in the sale of Turkish TV series and feature films, the company has now started developing and producing entertainment and reality TV formats.
