BULGARIA / Registration for the Sofia Festival extended

The registration deadline for the Sofia International Film Festival, Bulgaria’s largest film festival, has been put back.

Non-Bulgarian films now have until October 21^st, while Bulgarian films have until December 1^st. Bulgarian short films have until January 10^th to register in their category.

As well as the Bulgarian short film competition, there are competitive sections for international feature films, Balkan films and international documentaries. Parallel sections will feature new Bulgarian and international film-makers, tributes, retrospectives and special screenings. The 21st Sofia Film Festival will be held from March 9^th to 19^th 2017.
