Currently being organised, the third Slano Film Days will run from June 16th to 20th in the Croatian port town of the same name.
Slano Film Days connects young film-makers with established professionals, to encourage dialogue and foster support for the participants as they develop their projects. The programme includes discussions, screenings, meetings and workshops on cinematography and production.
Seven film-makers and seven actors from the Balkans region have been selected to participate. Croatian director Igor Bezinović, whose film Fiume o Morte! recently received the award for Best European Documentary, will be present, along with Slovenian director Ester Ivakič and Sara Stijović (Montenegro).
Participation in this event is by invitation only.
