From March 13th until April 7th Israel is hosting the 15th French Film Festival to showcase recent films and classics of French cinema. Organised by the Institut français in Israel and the Eden Cinema, the festival offers a varied programme, showing the diversity and richness of French cinema.
This year’s guests of honour are director Albert Dupontel, who premiered his film “Au revoir, là-haut”, as well as director Robert Guédiguian and actress Ariane Ascaride.
Meanwhile in Paris the 18th Israeli Film Festival ran from March 13th to March 20th. 9 feature films, 7 short films and 5 documentaries were shown to the Parisian public.
