Registration for the 2021 International URTI Grand Prix for Author’s Documentary is officially open. The competition is for public and private television companies, as well as associations and institutions working in broadcasting. Each organisation can register two documentaries free of charge; international television channels then select which films will enter the competition. The international jury is made up of television professionals and chaired by someone known for their work in the fields of culture, entertainment, politics, science or the media. This year’s documentaries must have been made after June 1st 2019, and the deadline for registration is June 1st 2021. The ten finalists will benefit from promotional support to help them get international distribution, and the award-winning director will receive €500.
