GREECE / Candidate call for the Agora of Thessaloniki

Agora, the professional section of the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, has opened the 2016 application call for its three programmes:

– The Agora Film Market, a place of exchange between producers, helping them promote their films being shown at the festival. The closing date is September 16^th.

– Crossroads, a co-production forum helping producers and directors find financial partners for feature film projects from the Mediterranean, Central or South-eastern Europe which are in pre-production. The deadline for applications is July 31^st.

– Agora Works In Progress, a showcase for films from the Mediterranean, Central and South-eastern Europe in production or post-production. One of the selected films will receive the new Lab Project Award, funded by the Eurimages Fund, given to the most experimental film, both in production and narrative. The deadline for applications is September 5^th.

The 57th Thessaloniki Festival will be held this year from November 4^th to 13^th.
