After airing its 23rd episode, the Egyptian series Midterm has exceeded one billion views on the VOD platforms Watch IT, MBC Shahid, and social media.
Produced by United Studios and directed by Mariam El-Bagoury, the series follows a group of students in an Egyptian university. Together, they face academic pressure and the challenges confronting young Egyptians today. Midterm addresses the psychological and social issues of the new generation.
The series was developed in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
