The International Short Film Festival in Algeria and the Cairo Short Film Festival have signed a cooperation and partnership agreement.
The cooperation and partnership agreement signed between both festivals specifies:
- organising joint training sessions, so industry professionals can exchange their experiences
- organising a monthly cultural forum with seminars and discussions about the world of cinema, led by specialists from both countries
- organising online training for young people to foster and support the partnership between the two festivals and film-makers from both countries
- organising training courses for women directors and supporting women’s films in both countries
- studying ways to promote and strengthen cultural cooperation and partnership by creating a coordination mechanism between the two festivals’ administrations.
