The selection jury for the 21st PriMed meets from June 6th to 9th

A jury of broadcasting professionals will meet from June 6th to 9th in Marseille to choose the films to be presented at the next PriMed, from November 19th to 25th 2017.

385 films from 40 countries have been received by the CMCA (Centre Méditerranéen de la Communication Audiovisuelle), organizer of PriMed (Prix International du Documentaire et du Reportage Méditerranéen), a festival organized with France Télévisions, Rai and the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU).

The selection jury, meeting from June 6th to 9th at the CMCA, has the delicate task of choosing which films will participate in the final phase of the 21st PriMed, from November 19th to 25th 2017.

The list of films selected will be announced soon afterwards in Méditerranée Audiovisuelle, on the PriMed website (www.primed.tv) and on the CMCA website (www.cmca-med.org).

The members of the jury are:

Elisabeth CESTOR, deputy head of MuCEM’s cultural development pole

Cécile DUMOULIN, head of MuCEM’s cultural development and audience department

Valérie GERBAULT, CMCA’s executive officer

Frédérique LAMBERT, teacher, author and assistant director

Philippe MACÉ, technical director of INA Méditerranée

Mireille MAURICE, executive officer of INA Méditerranée (Institut National de l’Audiovisuel)

Bania MEDJBAR, film producer and director

Franco REVELLI, head of multimedia, training and broadcasting at CMCA

Sami SADAK, artistic director of the World and Jazz Music Forum for Babel Med Music

Paule SARDOU, film director
