The award winners – More than 2,500 6th formers involved in PriMed
1,000 members of the public vote for the Audience Award – The award ceremony itself
A thousand people came to the afternoon viewings organised for the Audience Award on Sunday November 19th at Mucem. They voted for 5 short films in the PriMed selection.
The 5 films in competition for the Audience Award were:
– BOLINGO. LA FORÊT DE L’AMOUR by Alejandro G. SALGADO
– KACHACH, AU-DESSUS DE ZAATARI by Bruno PIERETTI
– MY MOTHER THE TOBACCO GROWER by Stathis GALAZOULAS
– UN JOUR À ALEP by Ali AL-IBRAHIM
– WASTE NO.2 WRECK by Jan IJÄS
At the end of the screenings, viewers gave each film a mark. The film which received the highest marks was BOLINGO. LA FORÊT DE L’AMOUR. Its director, Alejandro G. SALGADO, thus received the Audience Award during the awards ceremony.
