TV France International, an organisation exporting French TV programmes, presented its Export Awards, divided into three categories: Animation, Documentary and Drama.
The winners were chosen at a meeting of international buyers and journalists.
Millimages, a production and distribution company for French and European animated films, won the Animation category for its series “Molang”, which has achieved high ratings in more than 200 countries.
In the documentary category, About Premium Content won the prize for its series “Dream the Future”, broadcast in France on the Planète Plus channel. It has been sold to about fifty channels covering more than 80 countries.
In the drama category, Studio Canal, a subsidiary of the Canal Plus group, won the prize for its series “Jour Polaire”. Co-produced with the Swedish public channel SVT, it has been sold to more than 100 countries.
